Submitting a DMCA Notice

• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you have posted has been removed by mistake due to a DMCA notification, you may submit a counter-notification. Please include:

• Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake.
• Your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email).
• A statement indicating that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your district and that you agree to accept service of process from the party that submitted the original DMCA notice.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Please allow a reasonable time for us to respond to any removal or counter-notification requests.
